Helen has led many technology companies over the past 30 years, including Managing Director of Microsoft New Zealand, APAC leader (VP) for Canadian CRM vendor Pivotal Corporation, and as Founding CEO of the TZ1 Registry and as Managing Director, for London based Markit Group after its acquisition of TZ1.
Helen is Chair of the board for The Network for Learning Ltd (N4L), Sir Ray Avery's Mondiale Technologies Ltd, and Valens Group, and acts as Director for Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development (ATEED), Aktive Sport & Recreation, and Open Polytechnic NZ. Helen is a member of NZ Rugby Union's Board Strategic Relations & Planning Committee.

Richard is a creative engineer and well-established serial entrepreneur with a passion for leveraging leading-edge technologies to drive key improvements in human safety and organizational performance.
Richard has created disruptive technology products for industries as diverse as broadcasting, finance, education, emergency management, energy and construction, which lends him a deep understanding of the complexities facing organisations of all sizes. Good governance, strong leadership and effective technology commercialization are his special focus.
Richard has a number of notable technology startups under his belt, including Current Technologies, Monstar Labs, Digital Water & Cyberglue Software. He is currently a Director of the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Ltd (ESR), Mondiale Technologies Ltd, and is an advisor on ICT, strategy and innovation to a number of organizations.
Tony is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur with 20 years’ operating experience in high tech companies as CEO, CFO, CMO, COO and GM.
Tony held key positions leading business development and strategy for Cisco Systems and for RSA Data Security. As the founder and CEO of PrintNation.com, he successfully raised $30 million in venture capital and built the company to industry leadership. Tony is a Stanford University lecturer in entrepreneurship, high tech strategy, finance and clean energy, and has written two books: “Winners Take All – The 9 Fundamental Rules of High Tech Strategy” and “Solar Trillions – 7 Market and Investment Opportunities in the Emerging Clean-Energy Economy”.
Andrew Knight is a Director and CEO of New Zealand Oil & Gas, New Zealand's leading resources exploration company.
He is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of Waikato University with a BMS (Hons). Andrew has previously held executive management roles with Vector and NGC and worked in New Zealand and Australia with The Australian Gas Light Company, Fletcher Challenge Energy and Coopers & Lybrand.
Andrew is also on the Boards of Petroleum Exploration and Production Association of New Zealand, Gas Industry Company Limited and Sea Group Holdings Limited.
